About the Role

We are looking to expand our current Product team of 5, and searching for a seasoned (Senior/Principle) Product Manager to lead the product area tailored for the user type we call “Professionals”, who are individuals who participate in our client’s research projects, specifically surveys and interviews. 

This is a pretty exciting role because of its:

  • Large scope. You will own the end-to-end experience and business outcomes related to the Professionals user type. You’d own growth, monetization, retention, and engagement. The whole shabang! 

  • Diversity of product problem-solving. Your roadmap (that you’d drive) could include creating new UXes, adding new functionality to our proprietary AI-driven Professionals platform, improving search performance, and a host of other product problem statements 

  • Ability to make a huge impact on our core business. Professionals are critical to delivering our mission of empowering clients with the best B2B insights. Professionals are foundational to our business and this product area would solve some of the most pressing challenges in B2B market research.

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will drive a comprehensive product strategy tailored specifically for Professionals engaged in our Client’s research activities, such as surveys and interviews. You will work with leadership to align the product strategy with overall company objectives

  • You will keep your pulse on the external environment that affects your product area by analyzing industry trends, evaluating new tech opportunities, and assessing risks and challenges within the professional research landscape to inform product decisions

  • You will deeply understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of Professionals through various research methodologies and translate your insights into actionable product enhancements

  • You will plan the roadmap by collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and other teams to prioritize features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals

  • You will lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed expectations and drive meaningful business results

  • You will optimize the Professionals’ user experience (UX) by closely partnering with Design to make enhancements and improve usability, intuitiveness, and overall satisfaction

  • You will utilize data for your decision making. You will partner with the data analyst to understand user behavior and matric deeply. You will leverage this data-driven approach and user feedback to make product decisions, continuously iterating and improving the product to drive user engagement and retention

  • You will build relationships with your key stakeholders across functions, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Client Delivery, and more. You will effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment and support across the organization

  • You are endlessly curious. You ask questions, have a growth mindset, and are committed to continuous learning and development to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving tech industry

  • You read data like a book. You’ll dig into the numbers, you know product metrics like the back of your hand, and you probably loved math as a kid

  • You possess strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies. Ambiguous problems excite you more than they scare you

  • You are highly motivated by driving impact and delivering results, with a bias towards action and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty

  • You are deeply empathetic towards user needs and prioritize customer satisfaction in all product decisions.

  • You have over 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in product management. If you have experience building B2B products or research tools, even better!

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or greater in relevant field of study; MBA preferred
