Technical Product Manager

As part of our team, we are seeking talented Product Managers to help manage significant parts of our offering as we rapidly expand both internally and externally. Our products range from Automation (RPA), Content Management and Big Data Systems, and often our solutions have elements of all 3. Our team is smart, visionary, supportive and, above all, excited by what we do! We are looking for inquisitive product managers with clever solutions, with a desire to join a small but fast growing team (<50) to get in early and help shape the technical direction of our product.


  • Drive product development in collaboration with engineers and other business partners for new and existing products

  • Understand business objectives and translate into technical product requirements

  • Update & train the organization as new features and bug fixes are rolled out

  • Support our internal teams through bug triaging and feature request gathering

  • Use basic software development and data analysis skills to derive insights from internal and external stakeholders to shape product development

  • Be a knowledge resource for our Customer Success and Engineering teams

  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products & features


  • Worked in Product Management for 2+ years with an Enterprise Solution

  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills

  • SQL & Data Analytics (e.g. BI Tools, Mixpanel, Segment..etc)

  • Experience in SCRUM (Agile) methodology

  • Bachelor's degree or greater in relevant field of study


  • Worked in the Big Data, Automation or Browser Extensions

  • Experience of knowledge marketplaces 

  • Expertise in Python

  • Experience of the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket, OpsGenie)

  • Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Big Query, Kubernetes, Compute Engine)


  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

  • Bias for action, results and able to work iteratively

  • Solid project manager able to develop workplans and drive execution 

  • Motivated, proactive and organized individual
