Work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and develop account-based marketing playbooks that align with the overall business objectives
Develop customized marketing programs for each target account that include a mix of tactics such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid media, landing pages, webinars, events, and more
Own and scale adoption of Demandbase, teaching the organization to use intent data across the funnel.
Measure the effectiveness of each marketing program and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
Collaborate within the Marketing team to create compelling and relevant content that aligns with each account's pain points and interests
Collaborate with sales reps to create customized nurture sequences for outbound efforts across different roles and industries
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business impact and timelines
Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, BDRs, demand generation, and Brand Marketing to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in account-based marketing and share insights with the broader marketing team
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Expert knowledge of ABM platforms (Demandbase), marketing automation platforms (Hubspot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and other sales and marketing technology tools
Experience using paid channels such as LinkedIn and Google for display and search.
5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or related field
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful account-based marketing programs that drive revenue growth
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and insights to make data-driven decisions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Passion for marketing and a drive to continuously learn and improve
Competitive compensation (base salary range of 90-110K, annual performance bonus, and employee equity program). Please note that salary range and compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, performance and location.
