About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a critical role in fueling NewtonX’s growth by generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. You’ll research and engage potential clients, craft thoughtful outbound messaging, and schedule meetings with decision-makers across some of the world’s leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for Account Executives through targeted outbound outreach
Research and identify key contacts, organizations, and industry trends to develop relevant and personalized outreach strategies
Execute multi-channel prospecting cadences using email, cold calling, and value selling
Qualify inbound leads and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records and prospect information in Salesforce
Collaborate closely with the BDR Manager and Sales team to refine pitches, messaging, and outreach processes
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline goals
Collaborate in the development and refinement of all BDR sales processes and tools
Take ownership of your professional development by actively seeking coaching and feedback
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or BDR/SDR role preferred (or equivalent experience in a client-facing capacity).
Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and booking meetings
Experience working with agencies, MR firms or other cross-channel sales motions a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of curiosity, resilience, and motivation to learn
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Apollo.io, or similar sales engagement platforms
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
