About the Role:

This full-time role will be responsible for driving strategic business insights and improvements for operations across NewtonX. The Operations Enablement team works cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams across the go-to-market organization (sales, marketing, project teams, etc.) and with senior leadership to identify process streamlining opportunities and create operational efficiency. This is a highly strategic role that includes day-to-day operational support with our enterprise systems as well as owning critical initiatives from end-to-end. 


Please note that the preferred location for this role is New York City, NY or Chicago, IL


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of NewtonX’s business model and operational structure, and using that knowledge to steer business strategy and focus

  • Work cross functionally with senior stakeholders from sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure they are set up for success from a systems and process standpoint

  • Oversee enterprise systems and integrations across the go-to-market tech stack 

  • Use data to identify areas of optimization in our operations, make recommendations for process improvement, and take these recommendations from ideation to execution

  • Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications: 

  • 0 - 2 years of professional work experience

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study

  • Analytically minded, capable of using spreadsheets software to quickly analyze data, develop strategies, and make decisions 

  • Familiar with building and optimizing processes through low-code/no-code solutions and automation platforms

  • A critical thinker and a quick learner who is eager to take on new challenges

  • Communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively, through both writing and data visualizations

  • Have experience in a fast paced environment, such as a startup, consulting, or finance

  • Take initiative and own projects from ideation to completion
