About the role

We are looking for someone who is an experienced and strategic growth hacker, with a focus on scaling our research participant panel. This role will be instrumental in expanding our network of business executives, niche professional audiences, and core audiences that we already excel at by understanding client research needs, identifying critical gaps, and executing strategies to fill those gaps. You will also be responsible for ensuring new research participants who join the NewtonX Community are onboarded efficiently and become active contributors to client research projects.

This is a critical role who will own key business outcomes and will report directly to the VP of Product.

How you will make an impact

  • Market and Audience Analysis: Analyze market trends and client data to understand the most in-demand profiles and audiences, focusing on industries or demographics with low supply.

  • Channel and Campaign Optimization: Identify and test new audience-specific channels (e.g., professional communities, newsletters), designing, launching, measuring, and tweaking campaigns to optimize conversion.

  • Onboarding and Engagement Flow: Design and optimize the onboarding and sign-up flow to streamline the user experience, ensuring high conversion rates during profile creation.

  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to audience acquisition and onboarding success rates

Who you are
